Myanmar - Sour Dipping Sauce


Sour Dipping Sauce



Serves 4

Ingredients

-       2 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
-       1 teasp coarsely grated Root Ginger,
-       2 tbsp Tamarind Paste, soaked and strained
-       1 tbsp Honey
-       1 teasp Sugar
-       1 tbsp Soy Sauce
-       2 teasp Fish Sauce
-       Salt and Paprika
-       ½ teasp Crushed Chilli Pepper

Directions

-       Place all the ingredients in mortar and pestle and grind until smooth.
-       Serve at room temperature.
